In today’s world, proprietary information and processes need to be protected. We start every client relationship with the execution of a mutually acceptable non-disclosure agreement. We can work from your agreement or we can provide you with our agreement.
Once we have the proper confidentiality agreements in place, we want to understand your business model and your business processes. We believe we can best serve you if we have a thorough understanding of your business. For most of our products and services, we start with a questionnaire, which provides us with basic information, and then follow that with a conference call or an onsite visit to review your responses and gather additional information.
Once we understand your business, we work to address the specific business need that caused you to contact aclickaway Business Solutions. We frequently find that the actual business issue that needs to be addressed is something entirely different. Our discovery process is designed to surface underlying issues to allow for a solution that is best for our client.
Once we understand your business and your needs we prepare a written proposal with cost estimates. aclickaway Business Solutions is prepared to develop proposals in response to “Request for Proposals” or “Request for Information”. We recommend that you contact us by phone if you would like to submit an RFP or RFI for completion.
Custom development and software customization are generally priced on a time and expense basis but depending on the level of pre-proposal requirements gathering, we can provide estimates with caps or firm bids.
Prior to commencement of an engagement we put in place the appropriate legal documentation to protect all parties. The documentation is specific to the product or service being delivered:
* - We document all of our software arrangements with our Licensing and Support Agreements that include the terms of our ongoing support and maintenance. For our software applications that are made available as a service, our commitment to the hosting of the application is also included in the same agreement in the form of an addendum.
** - Professional services including customization of our software, custom application development, and business consulting services. These are documented in a Statement of Work. Our SOW's include pricing, deliverables and projected timelines for completion.

Implementation of our standard software products generally includes the following phases:
* - aclickaway Business Solutions standard software applications can be implemented with little or no assistance from aclickaway Business Solutions. Our applications include an easy to use "Setup Wizard" which walks you through the setup process. While aclickaway Business Solutions software can be licensed without engaging aclickaway Business Solutions consulting or engineering team to assist in the implementation, it is strongly recommended that the implementation include a review of your processes and your existing technology platform whether conducted internally or you engage us to assist in the review. It is our experience that this allows for a faster and more efficient implementation while surfacing opportunities for improvement in the existing process flows and assurance that all of the functionality of the aclickaway Business Solutions application is used to its fullest.
For software products, our work doesn't stop with implementation as we support the applications that we license and provide maintenance for those applications. We are dedicated to continually improving our standard software products through ongoing enhancements to the software delivered in regularly scheduled upgrades. As our software is licensed as a service, all version upgrades are handled by the aclickaway Business Solutions staff and seamless to our clients.
