President and CEO
Dusty Lashbrook founded Lashbrook Consulting, Inc. in 2006 and rebranded under Aclickaway Business Solutions in August of 2010. Over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector with extensive experience in the effective use of technology to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction levels.
Developed the "Business Transformation Process" where technology platform improvement is implemented in conjunction with a total review and rework of the company's business processes and key performance indicators. Former COO of one of the early success stories in the dot com era and responsible for creating one of the first totally paperless operating environments in the financial services sector. BS from Western Kentucky University, Masters work at University of Kentucky, a graduate of American Management Association's Management School and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Senior Process Engineer
Louis Tuzy has over 20 years experience providing executive level consulting to leading organizations in the US and Canadian mortgage, consumer finance and higher education sectors (originations and servicing); information services; transportation; energy; defense; environmental; hydrocarbon and petrochemical arenas. These services focused on providing senior management direction and support for the review and evaluation of management system processes, change management, re-engineering recommendations and their implementation; project management for system design and implementation in support of strategic business initiatives. Louis has a Master of Business Administration - Graduate School of Business Administration, Houston Baptist University, and a Certificate of Advanced Engineering Management, Graduate School of Business and Economics, Louisiana State University.
Senior Software Engineer
Scott Streit has spent seven years as a business analyst and developer with a focus on reducing costs for logistics and supply chain management. Experience developing and implementing electronic inventory and shipping systems allowing for significant reductions in inventories and decreased costs. Fluent in C/C++, XHTML, HTML, XML, JavaScript and Associates degree in Computer Science from Broward Community College and continuing course work at the University Florida for a BS in Information Technology.
